Update - Following the improvements seen yesterday, we are not seeing any issues in our traffic but our network partner reports they see a small number of intermittent errors.

Monitoring - Our network partner has implemented a fix which has resulted in a significant improvement in service and connectivity is recovering.
Devices that were previously impacted should now begin returning to normal operation, although some SIMs may take a little longer to fully recover. We will continue to monitor the situation overnight, if you have any questions, please contact "services-support@u-blox.com"

Update - Our network partner is still experiencing issues affecting data connectivity on some SIMs. Devices may continue to experience issues establishing data sessions and reaching external services.

Investigating - Our network partner is currently investigating an issue with SIM connectivity. Some devices on ICCID range 894450* may intermittently fail to establish a new data session or reach external services. Existing active sessions are currently expected to remain unaffected. Their engineers are investigating the root cause as a high priority.

This will not affect the service, but you may be logged out of the Console without warning, so please make sure any changes to Flows are saved before this time. The update will take approximately 1 hour.
